Ever since the Alain Vigneault put Alex Burrows with the Sedins last season, the sparks have been flying.
They’ve been absolutely incredible ever since Daniel returned from his injury, and are finally beginning to get the respect they deserve.
In tonight’s game, Burrows did something that hasn’t been done on the Canucks for over 20 years! BACK TO BACK HAT TRICKS!

The last time a Canuck scored back to back hat tricks was Petri Skriko back in 86/87. With a scowl that I’m positive pierced right through the soul of goaltenders.
The last time back to back hat tricks happened in the NHL was back in November 2007, when the feat was accomplished by Ilya Kovalchuk.
Not bad for a kid who was still just playing ball hockey a few years ago.
